Web Animations API のインターフェイス。KeyframeEffect などの現在および将来のアニメーション効果を定義します。

再生のために Animation オブジェクトに渡すことができ、および KeyframeEffect（CSS アニメーションとトランジションで使用されます）を。

インスタンスメソッド

AnimationEffect.getComputedTiming(): AnimationEffect の計算されたタイミングプロパティをオブジェクトで返します。
AnimationEffect.getTiming(): AnimationEffect のタイミングプロパティを含むオブジェクトを返します。
